Q: How do I find my bookings?A: Log in and tap My Bookings—your tickets and reservations will be listed there.
Q: Can I book just tickets or just a hotel?A: Yes—packages are customizable. You can book any item individually or as part of a bundle.
Q: Is my payment secure?A: Yes—we use encrypted, bank-grade security and do not store card data.
Q: Are there any hidden fees?A: No—all fees (taxes, service charges) are shown upfront before payment.
Q: Can I cancel or change my booking?A: It depends on the provider and ticket type. Terms will be shown before you pay and in your confirmation email.
Q: What if my event is canceled or rescheduled?A: We’ll notify you ASAP and offer a refund, credit, or rebooking based on provider policies.

Q: Can I cancel my booking?A: Cancellation depends on the provider. Many tickets are non-refundable. The terms will be shown before payment and in your email.
